将于二○○三年一月十九日上午11时至晚上7时在将军澳新都城中心第二期一楼(近询问处)，设立展销摊位发售 "岁次癸未(羊年)" 邮品及 "香港迪士尼乐园" 邮品。此展销摊位将不会提供即时盖印服务。

"Year of the Ram" Special Stamps
Issue Date: 19 January 2003
To celebrate the coming Lunar New Year, the "Year of the Ram" Special Stamps will be issued on 19 January 2003. 2003 is the Year of the Ram. According to Chinese astrologers, people born in the Year of the Ram are gentle, compassionate and peace loving. They are charming company, being elegant and highly accomplished in the arts.
In keeping with the artistic nature of those born in the Year of the Ram, Hongkong Post's stamps depict the Ram in various graceful poses against a serene background. The traditional technique of Chinese paper cutting - a popular craft requiring masterful control of the scissors - was applied to the stamp designs as a toast to the festive spirit of Lunar New Year.
Stamp products include mint stamps, stamp sheets, souvenir sheet, imperforated stamp sheetlet, presentation pack, postage prepaid picture cards and serviced first day cover (available at all philatelic offices on the issue day only). Also, presentation pack is available at selected 7-Eleven outlets.
