十二生肖金银邮票小型张 ─ 骏马吉羊

　　香港邮政每年发行的十二生肖金银邮票小型张，以特别的印刷技术，把黄金纯银烫印在小型张上，匠心独运，别具意义，深受集邮人士喜爱。"骏马吉羊"是这个金银邮票小型张系列的第三款，嵌进马年及羊年生肖邮票两枚，每枚面值50元。

　　中国历法以天干地支纪年，地支以十二年为一个周期，各配以一种动物，称为生肖。中国命理学认为，生肖对人的影响很大。按照命理学家的说法，肖马的人开朗独立、活力充沛；而肖羊的人则具有艺术气质、和蔼温驯，且富同情心。

　　一年伊始，万象更新。香港邮政特别发行 "骏马吉羊"金银邮票小型张，为节日增添喜气。小型张嵌有马年及羊年生肖邮票，分别以22K金箔加上99.9%纯银及24K金箔加上99.9%纯银烫印压制，并附有黄金纯银成色证明书，实为贺年佳品。

　　邮品包括邮票小型张、套摺及已盖销纪念封(只限于发行首日在所有集邮局发售)。
 

销售安排：

各邮政局 (流动邮政局除外) 于二○○三年一月十九日均开放营业，营业时间：上午九时至下午二时。
各邮政局 (流动邮政局除外) 均会于二○○三年一月十九日提供即时盖印服务。
各邮品会将于二○○三年一月十九日至二月一日在各邮政局 (流动邮政局除外) 发售，二月三日起则继续在所有集邮局发售。
将于二○○三年一月十九日上午11时至晚上7时在将军澳新都城中心第二期一楼(近询问处)，设立展销摊位发售 "岁次癸未(羊年)" 邮品及 "香港迪士尼乐园" 邮品。此展销摊位将不会提供即时盖印服务。

"Gold and Silver Stamp Sheetlet on Lunar New Year Animals - Horse/Ram"

Hongkong Post's annual Gold and Silver Stamp Sheetlets on Lunar New Year Animals are highly sought after by philatelists for their special printing technique, which incorporates genuine gold and silver hot stamping, and symbolic significance. This third issue in the series features the Horse and the Ram at a face value of $50 each.

According to Chinese astrology, an animal represents each lunar year in a 12-year zodiac cycle and exerts a strong influence on people born in its year. Astrologers claim that those born in the Year of the Horse are happy, independent and energetic beings while those under the influence of the Ram are artistic, gentle and compassionate people.

The Lunar New Year represents an auspicious beginning and Hongkong Post's Gold & Silver Stamp Sheetlets on Lunar New Year Animals - Horse/ Ram is a celebration of this year's festive spirit. The stamps, featuring the Horse and the Ram, are embossed and hot-foiled respectively with genuine 22-carat gold/ 99.9% pure silver and genuine 24-carat gold/ 99.9% pure silver. A certificate of authenticity is included, making the sheetlet a propitious souvenir for the Lunar New Year.

Stamp products include stamp sheetlet, presentation pack and serviced souvenir cover (available at all philatelic offices on the issue day only).
